Advanced survey scanning

Key Survey provides a high-volume, integrated survey scanning solution that enables you to capture information easily and accurately or to convert existing paper surveys and paper forms into digital data, making it much easier to work with. Once your respondents have completed your surveys, now comes the hard part- data must be captured and then placed into an easy-to-use and examine format. Capturing survey data with Key Survey, by scanning, virtually eliminates the need for manual entry. It is faster, more accurate, and less expensive than traditional data entry methods.

Regardless of where your surveys originate - whether centrally within the organisation, or with distributed knowledge workers, external customers or partners - Key Survey's scanning technology will manage it efficiently.

Our solution allows you to seamlessly collect survey response data from multiple sources- including the web, fax, paper, and PDF.

Key Survey's state-of-the-art scanning engine ensures high data accuracy that requires very few OMR amendments. Our service includes complete scanning support for bitmap images and provides superior recognition for hand-print (ICR), machine-print (OCR), check box (OMR), barcode, image pre-processing and lexical checking.

In addition, all original scanned images may be stored for auditing purposes, so that you may view the response for quality checking and editing at any time.

Surveys or forms may be designed independently, either by you or by using one of many survey templates that have already been used successfully by hundreds of clients- all available within the Key Survey application.

Once designed, surveys may then be printed, exported to the Web (HTML), turned into a PDF or distributed by fax.

Forms and surveys can be printed and managed directly by Key Survey and shipped to you, or, you have the option of printing your surveys for immediate use.

If you print your survey or form directly, we recommend that you use a Key Survey supplied .pdf of the survey, or submit an example of your customized survey to Key Survey before using it, to ensure its suitability. In many instances, Key Survey is able to scan a paper survey or form even if it was not printed with scanning in mind.
